RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lioness Dresses. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Final sale items, including clearance and promotional products, cannot be returned.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Fill out the return request form and wait for approval.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within the return window. Exchanges are subject to availability.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
